The keeping of outdoor
The Open-air manufactory was born out of the desire to bring cooking back outdoors. Not as a trend, but as a conscious return to originality, community and enjoyment.
Every open-air kitchen from the Open-air manufactory is a handcrafted piece. Developed from the combination of fire, shape and material. Not off the peg, but individually planned and manufactured.
Materials for generations
At the heart of every outdoor kitchen is the specially developed PureAlu body made of marine aluminium. Powder-coated in offshore quality, it is uncompromisingly weather-resistant, durable and precisely finished.
Natural stone worktops such as Nero Assoluto, Taj Mahal or Calacatta Brasil add weight, calm and character to the design. Solid oak shelves provide warmth and a natural contrast to the aluminium.
Freiluft offers a 30-year guarantee on the carcass elements.
Kitchen and fire as one
The heart of every open-air kitchen is the open grill fire. Designed for even radiant heat, real wood fire and an immediate cooking experience.
Whether integrated into the kitchen unit or as a free-standing fire element. With Freiluft, fire is not staged, but utilised. For cooking, for socialising, for lingering.
Customised elements
Open-air kitchens have a modular design and can be fully customised. Gas grills, kamado grills, plancha, induction hobs or wok grills can be integrated, as can water elements, refrigerators or counter solutions.
All elements are designed to grow with your needs and can be expanded at any time.

In-house hinge developments, water-draining drawer systems and seamless workmanship ensure that every open-air kitchen can be used all year round.
